Calcium and Magnesium work together in the body; supporting healthy bones, teeth, nerves and muscle function. Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the body with 99% found in the bones and teeth, and the remaining 1% in soft tissues, intracellular fluids and blood. Green Barley Grass - Barley grass contains not only magnesium and calcium, but also several other nutrients which influence their bio-availability and/or function within the skeletal tissue, such as vitamin K, boron, zinc and vitamin C.
Nettle Leaf - Nettle is an excellent source of both magnesium and calcium, while providing several nutrients which are known to enhance the skeletal function and/or bioavailability of both minerals in the body, i.e. boron, vitamins K and D, silicon, zinc and vitamin C.
Ginger Rhizome & Root - Insufficient digestive activity in the stomach is associated with poor absorption of magnesium and calcium. Ginger's influence on stomach digestion may facilitate the bioavailability of both minerals.
Avena Sativa (Green Oat Seed) - The milk stage of oat seeds provides one of the most soothing and gentle, tonics for supporting healthy nerves. In this respect, milky oat seeds may provide an ideal synergistic adjunct to magnesium within the nervous system.
