Stress is an everyday fact of life. It's what you feel when the demands on your life exceed your ability to meet those demands. When stress occurs on a routine basis from ongoing tensions in your life, it can lead to serious health problems. Ongoing stress can cause:-

Immune system problems and cardiovascular disease. Too much stress may also appear in the form of infertility or fatigue.

Recommendations:-

For generalized anxiety states take l-theanine with some vitamin B3. If insomnia is present then you can add melatonin.
