Bach Flower Remedies
Bach Flower remedies named after Dr Edward Bach, a surgeon, bacteriologist and pathologist and undertook original research into vaccines, abandoned his medical background and spent much of his life developing Flower Remedies in the 1930's. He developed a range of 38 different remedies which are used to deal with different emotions and well-being. Negative emotional states can often affect our general health, known as the mind-body connection, Flower Remedies help us to understand how we respond to change. We can find a way to work with problems and difficulties. Individuals and their emotional condition are central to the experience and process of healing.

The Seven Helpers
These are the Bach remedies for chronic (long-term) conditions like hopelessness or exhaustion. They are support remedies, often used in combination with a chosen remedy from the Twelve Healers.
The Second Nineteen
These Bach remedies relate to reactive emotional states—problems which result from life trauma and difficulty. They are for the issues of daily life: for example, if you have had an accident you may need Star of Bethlehem; if overwhelmed, take Elm.
